Yes. Publishly is free and open source, with no account, no watermark and no paid tier. The files you make are yours.
Do my screenshots get uploaded?
No. Designing and exporting happen in your browser. Only the optional AI features send anything, and only to Google's Gemini on your own key.
Can I update the screenshots automatically?
Yes. Save the design as a project file and npx @publishly/cli render redraws it with fresh screenshots from your UI tests, in CI.
